Returns can be a bit tricky with this kind of product from any vendor. I've only ever returned something that was damaged, not just a preference thing. You'd probably have to contact their support.

I think they only do returns for damaged or incorrect orders, not just if you don't like the strain. Most places are like that unfortunately.
